HERC reimbursement: HERC will cover the cost of one meal for members only (must be paid for by ride director) plus one tank of gas at the END of the ride (receipt required) and $20 mileage reimbursement per member (excludes passengers).
Skill Level: Suitable for riders of Intermediate and Advanced skill levels.

Here is a great opportunity to start the New Year with a track day at Buttonwillow Raceway! Please keep in mind that we will be limited with the HERC organized on-road track days in 2010, so take an advantage of this event at Buttonwillow! Enhance your sportbike riding skill on a safe environment to hone your high performance track riding skills! This track day event is hosted by Take It To The Track (Ti2TT) that offers sport bike riders an opportunity to participate in well-structured, safety conscious, spirited, track events. The track organizer will be providing complimentary drinks to participant track riders. HERC reimbursement HERC will cover $50 towards the track day cost for members only. (Receipt required)

Track day cost
$160 – HERC reimbursement $50 – Group discount through Ti2TT $25-30 depending on participants = Your cost $80-85!

How to sign up:
1. Please notify Jennifer Lee by next Friday, Jan 29, 2010 if you would like to sign up.
2. Once the attendance is finalized by Jan 29th, our group discount from Ti2TT will be confirmed as either $20 off, (for 5+) $25 off, (for 10+) or $30 off (for 15+ riders) and you’ll be notified with your final cost.
3. Then you must write a check payable to “Take it 2 the track, inc.” and inter-office mail the check to Jennifer Lee (MS 100-4C-320) by Wed, Feb 3, 2010 in order to reserve your spot and obtain a group discount.
**Please be sure to indicate the group level on your check. (A-expert level, B-advanced level, C-intermediate level)

Refunds: Since our group discount from Ti2TT is based on headcount, your cancellation can affect our group discount. If you must cancel, you must cancel 2 weeks prior to the event for a full refund or credit and also notify Jennifer Lee. Any cancellation after the 2 weeks period will result in forfeit of payment. You can transfer your spot to another rider as long as Ti2TT is notified two weeks prior to the event.

Rain policy: Each track has own different rules on rain. If the track calls the day due to rain, Ti2TT will issue each rider 100% of your payment to be applied as a credit to another Ti2TT event of your choice.
